Instructions
- Place potatoes, onion, garlic, broth, salt, and pepper into the crock pot.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in butter and heavy cream, cook for an additional 30 minutes.
- Serve hot, topped with crispy bacon bits and green onions.

- For creamier soup, blend a portion of the potatoes before serving.
