Instructions
- Preheat oil in a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat.
- Form mozzarella into small balls or sticks.
- Prepare three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with bread crumbs mixed with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Roll mozzarella pieces in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with bread crumbs.
- Fry in hot oil until golden and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve warm with marinara sauce.

- For a healthier option, bake instead of fry at 400°F for 8-10 minutes.
- Use fresh mozzarella for best melting and flavor.
