			- 1 pound (450g) ground beef
 - ½ pound (225g) ground pork
 - 1 cup breadcrumbs
 - 2 large eggs
 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
 - ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped
 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 1 cup marinara sauce (for cooking)

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, eggs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well incorporated but do not overmix.
 - Shape the mixture into 1 to 1.5-inch diameter meatballs and place them on a lined baking sheet.
 - For baking, preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. For stovetop cooking, heat marinara sauce in a skillet, then add meatballs and simmer on medium-low for about 20 minutes until cooked through.

Notes
- Use a mix of beef and pork for added flavor and juiciness.
 - Chill the formed meatballs for 30 minutes to help them hold their shape during cooking.
 - Use fresh herbs for a brighter flavor.
 - Adjust seasoning according to taste.
