- 1 box of brownie mix or homemade brownies, cooled and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- Fresh berries or fruit (optional, for garnish)
- Chocolate shavings or sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Add a spoonful of graham cracker crumbs at the bottom of your glasses. Follow with a layer of chopped brownies, then a layer of the cream cheese mixture. Repeat until filled, ending with the cream cheese layer.
- Top with fresh berries, chocolate shavings, or sprinkles. Chill in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
