- 1 lb ground beef
- 6 slices crispy bacon, chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- Prepared pie crust or homemade low-carb crust
Instructions
- Cook the chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy, then set aside. In the same pan, cook diced onions until translucent. Whisk eggs, heavy cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl to make the custard.
- Brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked, then season with salt and pepper. Mix in cooked bacon and onions.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pie crust into a pie dish. Spread the beef mixture evenly over the crust. Top with shredded cheddar cheese, then pour the custard mixture over the top.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes until golden brown and set. Let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
