- 1 bag of frozen tater tots
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- Arrange tater tots, slightly overlapping, in the muffin cups.
- Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese and bacon, then bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of smoked paprika or garlic powder.
- Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting.
