Ingredients

  • 1 bag of frozen tater tots
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a muffin tin.
  2. Arrange tater tots, slightly overlapping, in the muffin cups.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes until crispy.
  4. Remove from oven, sprinkle with cheese and bacon, then bake an additional 5 minutes until cheese melts.
  5. Garnish with green onions before serving.
