Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Warm tortillas slightly to make rolling easier.
- Spread sour cream or dressing on each tortilla.
- Divide the chicken mixture evenly among the tortillas.
- Add cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, and green onions on top.
- Roll up tightly, fold in the sides as you roll.
- Optional: grill or pan-sear the wraps for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese melts.
