  • Total Time: 25 minutes
  • Yield: 4 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder (optional for spice)
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • Fresh lettuce or spinach leaves
  • Sour cream or ranch dressing (optional)
  • Chopped fresh parsley or cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips. In a bowl, combine minced garlic, paprika, chili powder, salt, pepper, and olive oil. Marinate the chicken strips in this mixture for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add marinated chicken strips and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Set aside.
  3. Warm the tortillas slightly to make them more pliable. Spread shredded cheese over each tortilla, then add chicken strips, fresh lettuce or spinach, and optional sour cream or dressing.
  4. Roll up each tortilla tightly to form a wrap. For crispy and cheesy exterior, grill the wraps on a skillet or Panini press until the outside is golden and cheese melts.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add sliced peppers or avocado inside the wrap.
  • To keep wraps warm, wrap them in foil before serving.
  • Use fresh, high-quality cheese for the best melt and taste.
