- 4 large flour tortillas or wraps
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- In a small skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat and set aside.
- If your chicken isn’t already cooked, bake or grill it until done. For shredded chicken, use pre-cooked chicken and warm it up in a skillet or microwave. Mix the shredded chicken with the garlic butter for added flavor.
- Lay a flour tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of the garlic-infused chicken mixture in the center. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and, if desired, chopped parsley or hot sauce for extra flavor. Repeat for all wraps.
- Option 1: Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat, place the assembled wraps seam-side down, and cook until golden brown on each side, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Option 2: For crispier wraps, consider using an Ninja Air Fryer Pro or a KitchenAid Stand Mixer with a grilling attachment to achieve a perfect, crispy exterior.

- For an even healthier version, use whole wheat tortillas and low-fat cheese.
