- 1 can of pizza dough or biscuit dough
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each into a ball.
- In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter, then roll in parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
- Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, and return for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.
- Garnish with additional parsley and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to add cooked sausage or pepperoni for extra flavor.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
