Cheesy garlic parmesan bombs are warm, savory bites filled with gooey cheese, fragrant garlic, and parmesan, baked to crispy perfection.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of pizza dough or biscuit dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Divide dough into 12 equal pieces. Roll each into a ball.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dip each dough ball into the garlic butter, then roll in parmesan cheese and chopped parsley.
  5. Place on the baking sheet and bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, sprinkle with shredded mozzarella, and return for 3-5 minutes until cheese melts.
