- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup warm milk
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Mix warm milk, sugar, and yeast; let sit until foamy, about 5 minutes.
- Add flour, salt, melted butter to the yeast mixture; knead until smooth.
- Incorporate shredded mozzarella, Parmesan, and parsley into the dough.
- Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Shape the dough into a loaf and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and cheese is bubbly.
