Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss cubed potatoes and sausage slices with olive oil, ranch seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the hot dish and return to oven for 5 minutes till melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
