Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, cream together butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

  7. Roll dough into 1 1/2-inch balls, then roll each ball in cinnamon sugar until coated.
