Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, beat butter and brown sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla, mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients, blending until combined. Mix in milk and chocolate chips.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto prepared baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until set around the edges.
- Cool on wire racks before serving.
Notes
- For extra fudginess, substitute some flour with cornstarch.
- Add a pinch of sea salt on top before baking for enhanced chocolate flavor.
