- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (28 ounces) crushed tomatoes
- 4 cups beef broth

- 8 ounces lasagna noodles, broken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until browned. Add garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in crushed tomatoes, beef broth, and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil.
- Add broken lasagna noodles and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Reduce heat, stir in mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses until melted and creamy.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh basil.

- You can substitute ground turkey or chicken for beef.
