- 1 pound sausage links, sliced
- 4 cups diced potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place sliced sausage and diced potatoes in the slow cooker.
- Add chopped onion, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours until potatoes are tender.
- Sprinkle cheese over the top during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- Feel free to use spicy sausage for a kick.
- Can be topped with sour cream or additional herbs.
