Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, mix pumpkin puree, maple syrup, milk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour wet ingredients into dry and stir until combined.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared baking dish and bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm with your favorite toppings.
