Instructions
- Combine pumpkin purée, water, and sugar in a medium saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring constantly until the sugar dissolves.
- Simmer gently for 5 minutes to blend flavors.
- Stir in marshmallow cream, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt. Cook for 3-5 minutes until smooth and thickened.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly. Transfer to a bottle or jar and refrigerate.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.

- You can substitute vegan marshmallow fluff for dairy-free options.
