Instructions
- Prepare the Apple Base: Peel and chop fresh apples, cook until soft in a saucepan with a splash of water, then mash or blend until smooth. Or use store-bought apple juice.
- Infuse the Spices: In a saucepan, combine the milk, apple juice (or blended apples), and chai spice mix. Warm over medium heat, stirring frequently until steaming but not boiling. Adjust sweetness with honey or maple syrup.
- Blend and Serve: Use a milk frother or immersion blender to create foam if desired. Pour into mugs, garnish with whipped cream, apple slices, and cinnamon, then enjoy your cozy Apple Chai Latte.
