- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles
- 2 soft boiled eggs
- 1 cup sliced green onions

- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup shredded carrots
Instructions
- Place beef slices in the slow cooker with beef broth, soy sauce, and sesame oil. Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Cook ramen noodles separately according to package instructions.
- Prepare soft boiled eggs: boil eggs for 6 minutes, peel and set aside.
- Once beef is tender, assemble bowls with noodles, beef slices, broth, eggs, and toppings.
