Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded turkey, stuffing mix, dried cranberries, parsley, and black pepper.
- Add beaten eggs and melted butter, mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into 1.5-inch balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
