Instructions
- Cook shell pasta in salted boiling water until al dente, then drain and set aside.

- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Add shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, toss to coat evenly.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
