- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine sour cream, eggs, and vanilla. Add to dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in blueberries gently.
- In a small bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pour half the batter into the pan, spread cream cheese mixture over it, then top with remaining batter.
- Swirl with a knife for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Cool before slicing and serving.

- Use fresh blueberries for best flavor.
- Cheese swirl can be adjusted for sweetness.
