- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 package ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker and sprinkle ranch seasoning over them.
- Add chicken broth and cook on low for 6 hours or high for 3 hours.
- Remove chicken, shred with two forks, and return to slow cooker.
- Add cream cheese and shredded cheeses, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Cook for an additional 30 minutes on low, stirring occasionally.
- Serve hot, garnished with crumbled bacon and chopped green onions.
