- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 4 slices bacon, crispy and crumbled
- 1 lb gnocchi
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until translucent.
- Add chicken broth, bring to a boil.
- Stir in gnocchi, cook until tender, about 3-4 minutes.
- Reduce heat, add heavy cream and Parmesan, stirring until smooth.
- Mix in cooked chicken and crumbled bacon, heat through.
- Season with salt and pepper, garnish with parsley before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly cooked chicken or store-bought rotisserie for convenience.
- Gnocchi can be substituted with pasta if preferred.
- For extra flavor, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.
