A classic and creamy deviled eggs recipe that’s easy to prepare and perfect for parties, gatherings, or as a snack. These eggs are filled with a smooth, seasoned yolk mixture and garnished with paprika and chives.

Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool. Peel and slice in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  3. Using a piping bag or spoon, fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
