- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Chopped chives for garnish
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool. Peel and slice in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl. Mash yolks with mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Using a piping bag or spoon, fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Garnish with paprika and chopped chives. Chill before serving.
Notes
- For extra creaminess, add a dollop of sour cream or cream cheese to the yolk mixture.
- Replace mayonnaise with Greek yogurt for a healthier version.
