Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine in boiling salted water until al dente, then drain and set aside.

- Pour in heavy cream, bring to a gentle simmer, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Gradually whisk in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the sauce, tossing to coat well.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve immediately.
