Instructions
- Cook rice in chicken broth until tender.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and cook steak strips until browned. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and cook briefly.
- Mix cooked rice with queso cheese and shredded cheddar until creamy.
- Top rice with cooked steak strips and garnish with parsley.
