- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 tbsp gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 soft boiled eggs
- 1 green onion, sliced
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions, drain and set aside.
- In a pot, heat chicken broth with gochujang, soy sauce, garlic, and sesame oil over medium heat until simmering.
- Stir in heavy cream and cook until slightly thickened.
- Divide noodles into bowls, pour the creamy broth over.
- Top with chopped eggs, green onions, sesame seeds, and serve hot.

- You can add vegetables like mushrooms or spinach for extra nutrition.
- Adjust the spice level by increasing or decreasing gochujang.
