Instructions
- Heat vegan butter in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Stir in cauliflower florets and cook until tender.
- Pour in coconut milk or cashew cream, simmer until sauce thickens.
- Add lemon juice, season with salt and pepper, stir well.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- You can add nutritional yeast for a cheesy flavor.
