Instructions
- In a bowl, combine shredded chicken, diced onions, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and cheese.
- Spoon the mixture onto each tortilla, roll tightly, and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Lightly spray taquitos with cooking spray.
- Place taquitos in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cook for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Serve hot with salsa, sour cream, and lime wedges.
