- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to make batter.
- Dip cauliflower florets into batter and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- In a bowl, toss cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes for extra crispiness and serve hot.
Notes
For extra flavor, add a dash of cayenne pepper to the batter or serve with blue cheese dressing.
