- 4 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups crushed pretzels
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Set up breading stations: in one bowl, place flour; in another, beaten eggs; in the third, crushed pretzels mixed with paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each chicken breast in flour, then eggs, then pretzel mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
- Place breaded chicken on prepared baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden and cooked through.
- Top with grated cheese during the last 2 minutes of baking to melt.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add garlic powder or Italian seasoning to pretzel coating.
- Ensure chicken is cooked to internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
