Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a batter.
- Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until well coated.
- In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dip coated cauliflower into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
- Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
