Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cornstarch and water to create a batter.
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in the batter until well coated.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, sesame seeds, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Dip coated cauliflower into the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  6. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
