- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup pureed strawberries
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Powdered sugar for dusting
- Fresh strawberries for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Bring water and butter to boil in a saucepan.
- Add flour all at once, stirring vigorously until mixture forms a ball.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Beat in eggs individually until smooth and glossy.
- Spoon or pipe batter onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and puffed.
- Meanwhile, whip heavy cream with sugar to soft peaks.
- Gently fold in strawberry puree into the whipped cream.
- Once cooled, cut puffs in half and fill with strawberry cream.
- Top with fresh strawberries and dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Ensure eggs are added one at a time for the perfect puff texture.
- Refrigerate filled puffs if not served immediately.
