Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a donut pan by greasing or spraying it lightly.
- In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla extract.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a smooth batter forms.
- Fill each donut cavity about 3/4 full using a spoon or piping bag.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before removing from the pan.
Notes
- For a festive touch, decorate with powdered sugar, caramel drizzle, or cream cheese frosting.
- Ensure not to overfill the donut pan to allow proper rising.
