Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil in a skillet for frying.
- Prepare three plates: one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with seasoned bread crumbs mixed with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge chicken tenders in flour, then dip into eggs, and coat with seasoned bread crumbs.
- For baking: place tenders on a greased baking sheet and spray with cooking oil. Bake for 20-25 minutes until crispy. For frying: cook tenders in hot oil for about 5-7 minutes until golden and cooked through.

- For extra crunch, double coat the tenders by repeating the egg and bread crumb steps.
