- 4 salmon fillets
- 1 cup pineapple chunks
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, honey, and minced garlic.
- Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the salmon with the sauce mixture and evenly distribute pineapple chunks on top.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until salmon is cooked through and pineapple is caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving.
