  • 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 large large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • Olive oil spray
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine shredded chicken with BBQ sauce until well coated.
  2. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with olive oil.
  3. Place one tortilla on the skillet, sprinkle with cheese, then evenly spread BBQ chicken, peppers, and green onions.
  4. Top with the second tortilla and press down lightly.
