- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Season chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, then sear until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until tender.
- Add orzo and cook for 2 minutes.
- Pour in chicken broth, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until orzo is cooked and liquid is absorbed.
- Stir in heavy cream, season with salt and pepper, then slice the cooked chicken and nestle on top.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

- You can substitute the heavy cream with coconut milk for a dairy-free alternative.
