- 2 large tortillas
- 1 cup cooked grilled chicken, sliced
- 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Caesar dressing
- Optional: croutons for added crunch
Instructions
- Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface.
- Spread a tablespoon of Caesar dressing on each tortilla.
- Add cooked grilled chicken slices on top.
- Top with chopped romaine lettuce and shredded Parmesan cheese.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Slice in half diagonally and serve immediately.

- You can substitute grilled chicken with leftover roasted chicken or turkey.
