- 2 cups cooked and sliced grilled chicken
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat the tortillas briefly in a skillet or microwave until soft.
- In a bowl, combine cooked chicken, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the mixture evenly onto each tortilla.
- Add romaine lettuce on top of the chicken mixture.
- Roll up each tortilla tightly, folding in the sides as you go.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
