Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add shredded chicken to the broth, season with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and milk to form a dough.
- Using a spoon, drop spoonfuls of the dumpling batter into the boiling broth.
- Reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes until dumplings are fluffy and cooked through.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
