Instructions
- Prepare crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into a greased springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then add eggs one at a time.
- Stir in sour cream, cinnamon, and vanilla until combined.
- Pour filling over crust and bake at 325°F for 55-60 minutes until set.
- Cool completely, then decorate with churro sticks, cinnamon sugar, and drizzled caramel.
