Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon bits, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl until well combined.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the chicken mixture evenly over the pastry, leaving a small border.
- Roll the pastry tightly into a log, then slice into 1-inch thick pinwheels.
- Place pinwheels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, brush with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with chopped green onions. Serve warm with dipping sauces.
