- 1 sheet of store-bought puff pastry, thawed
- 8 ounces of brie cheese, sliced
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- Fresh thyme leaves (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cut the puff pastry into 12 squares and gently press into mini muffin tin cavities.
- Place a slice of brie in each pastry square.
- Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce on top of the brie.
- Brush the edges of pastry with beaten egg for a golden finish.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh thyme leaves before serving.

- Ensure not to overfill the pastry cups to prevent overflowing during baking.
- Serve warm or at room temperature for best flavor.
