Instructions
- Add all ingredients except parsley to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 3-4 hours or high for 2 hours.
- Cook pasta separately according to package instructions.
- Drain pasta and add to the slow cooker, stirring to combine.
- Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley.
