- 1 lb (450g) chicken breasts or thighs, chopped
- 1 (20 oz) package refrigerated or frozen tortellini
- 2 cups (480ml) chicken broth
- 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream
- 1 cup (100g) grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup (120g) chopped spinach or kale (optional)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil or parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Add chopped chicken, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper into the crockpot.
- Pour in chicken broth and cover. Cook on low for 4-6 hours until chicken is tender.
- Add tortellini and cook on high for 20-30 minutes until pasta is tender.
- Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan cheese. Add spinach if using, and cook until wilted.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley before serving.

- Use fresh or frozen tortellini for best results.
- Adjust cooking time based on your crockpot’s heat settings.
