- 1 ½ lbs ground chicken
- 1 cup bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ¼ cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt

- ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese (optional)
- For the glaze:
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, bread crumbs, eggs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture into a greased loaf pan or shape into a loaf on a baking sheet. Spread the glaze (ketchup, honey, Worcestershire) over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes or hot sauce to the meat mixture.
- Mix shredded mozzarella into the meatloaf before baking for extra creaminess.
- Use a meat thermometer to ensure proper doneness and safety.
